Ag Leadership

Developing a new generation of agriculture leaders for lifelong success.

The TFC Foundation actively supports the development of future generations of agricultural leaders at the state level. We provide assistance for high-impact leadership programs that focus on agriculture, specifically targeting junior high and high school students. Our aim is to build a robust talent pipeline for the cooperative and agriculture industry. Currently, funding is directed towards 4-H and FFA
